LUNOS support FAQ
Veelgestelde vragen over handleidingen, registratie en ondersteuning voor dit merk.
-
Why does condensation form on the inner screen of my LUNOS unit?
Condensation can occur when moisture from room air precipitates on colder surfaces, often due to high humidity levels from new construction, drying laundry, or showering. It is not a defect. To reduce it, ensure ventilation units are running, increase the volume flow if possible, and wipe the screen dry.
-
How often should I change the filters in my LUNOS ventilation system?
Filters should be replaced at the intervals specified in your specific product manual to maintain efficiency. Many LUNOS controls also feature a filter change indicator to alert you when maintenance is required.
-
Can I perform the electrical connection for LUNOS units myself?
No. Electrical connections for LUNOS ventilation systems must only be performed by authorized and qualified professionals in accordance with local safety regulations (e.g., VDE 0100).
-
How does the LUNOS e² heat recovery work?
The e² system uses a ceramic regenerative heat exchanger. The fan reverses direction every 70 seconds (or 50 seconds for short versions). In one phase, outgoing warm air heats the ceramic core; in the reverse phase, incoming fresh air absorbs that stored heat, ensuring energy-efficient ventilation.
