To charge the sensor, remove it from the bottom of the bottle. For PRO models, use the magnetic charging cable; for other rechargeable models, use the USB-C cable. The sensor will flash green while charging and turn solid green when fully charged.
Lids are generally top-rack dishwasher safe. Plastic (Tritan) bodies are often dishwasher safe, but stainless steel bodies must be hand washed. IMPORTANT: Never submerge or dish-wash the sensor puck; clean it only with a damp lap.
If measurements seem inaccurate, place the empty bottle on a flat surface and select 'Recalibrate' in the HidrateSpark app. To reset, remove the sensor and press the reset button near the charging port as described in your model's manual.
HidrateSpark Steel and PRO Tumblers can hold hot liquids if used with a compatible lid (like the flip lid), but Chug/Straw lids are designed for cold liquids only to prevent pressure buildup and spills.
