This manual provides essential information for the safe operation, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new pressure washer. Designed for tough cleaning jobs, this unit delivers impressive power and efficiency for various outdoor tasks.

This gas-powered pressure washer is engineered to provide professional-level cleaning performance, making it ideal for driveways, siding, patios, decks, fences, vehicles, and more. Its robust design ensures durability and ease of use.

• Let op: All pressure washers are tested before shipment, so there may be minimal residual fuel or oil odor. To avoid the risk of leaks and potential oil damage during shipping, we do NOT include engine oil (recommended type: 10W-30). You can choose any compatible oil brand without worrying about cross-contamination. An oil funnel is provided to assist with easy oil topping during maintenance.

3. Inhoud van het pakket

4. Instellen

Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your pressure washer for first use:

1. Uitpakken en eerste montage: Carefully remove the pressure washer and all components from the packaging. The unit is largely pre-assembled.
2. Bevestig de handgreep: Secure the handle to the main unit using the provided quick-connect fasteners. No tools are typically required for this step.
3. Attach the Spray Gun Holder and Hose Rack: Install the brackets for the spray gun and high-pressure hose onto the handle. These usually attach with thumb screws.
4. Motorolie toevoegen: Locate the oil fill cap on the engine. Using the provided oil funnel, add 10W-30 engine oil (not included) until it reaches the appropriate level on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
5. Benzine toevoegen: Vul de brandstoftank met verse, loodvrije benzine. Zorg ervoor dat de tankdop goed vastzit.
6. Hogedrukslang aansluiten: Connect one end of the 35-foot high-pressure hose to the pressure washer's high-pressure outlet and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are tight.
7. Tuinslang aansluiten: Attach your garden hose to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Ensure the connection is secure and free of leaks. Turn on the water supply fully.

5. Gebruiksaanwijzing

Before starting, ensure the unit is on a level surface and the water supply is fully open.

1. De motor starten: Engage the choke (if applicable) and set the engine switch to the 'ON' position. Pull the recoil start handle firmly until the engine starts. Once started, gradually disengage the choke.
2. Selecting Nozzles: Choose the appropriate quick-connect nozzle tip for your cleaning task. Push the nozzle firmly into the spray gun's quick-connect collar until it clicks into place.
• 0° (Rood): For toughest stains and concentrated cleaning. Use with extreme caution.
• 15° (Geel): For heavy-duty cleaning on hard surfaces.
• 25° (Groen): For general washing tasks.
• 40° (Wit): For delicate surfaces and light rinsing.
• Zeep (zwart): Voor het aanbrengen van wasmiddel.

3. Wasmiddel aanbrengen: Fill the 0.88-gallon on-board soap tank with pressure washer-safe detergent. Attach the black soap nozzle. The pressure washer will automatically mix the detergent with the water at a lower pressure.

4. Reinigingstechniek: Hold the spray gun firmly with both hands. Start spraying a few feet away from the surface and gradually move closer until the desired cleaning effect is achieved. Use sweeping motions to ensure even cleaning.

5. Afsluiten: Release the spray gun trigger. Turn off the engine. Turn off the water supply. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system. Disconnect the hoses.

6. Onderhoud

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your TOOLCY pressure washer.

• Motorolie: Check the engine oil level before each use. Add 10W-30 oil as needed. Change the oil after the first 5 hours of use, then every 50 hours or annually, whichever comes first.
• Luchtfilter: Regularly inspect and clean the air filter. A dirty air filter can reduce engine performance. Refer to the engine manual for specific cleaning instructions.
• Bougie: Controleer de bougie jaarlijks of elke 100 uur. Reinig of vervang deze indien nodig.
• Brandstofsysteem: Voor langdurige opslag dient u de brandstoftank en de carburateur leeg te laten lopen of een brandstofstabilisator te gebruiken om brandstofdegradatie te voorkomen.
• Pomp: The axial-cam pump is designed to be maintenance-free. However, always ensure a consistent water supply during operation to prevent damage.
• Mondstukken: Reinig verstopte sproeiers met behulp van het meegeleverde sproeierreinigingsgereedschap of een dun draadje.
• Opslag: Store the pressure washer in a clean, dry, and frost-free area. Disconnect all hoses and drain any remaining water from the pump and hoses to prevent freezing damage.
