1. Veiligheidsinformatie

Please read this manual carefully before operating the iScooter IK3 Electric Scooter. Failure to follow instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

• Draag altijd een helm en beschermende kleding (kniebeschermers, elleboogbeschermers) tijdens het rijden.
• Ensure all screws and fasteners are tightened before each ride.
• Rijd niet bij natte omstandigheden, op oneffen oppervlakken of 's nachts zonder goede verlichting.
• Supervise children during operation. Recommended age range: 6-12 years.
• Maximaal draagvermogen: 154 lbs.
• Avoid sudden stops or sharp turns at high speeds.
• Breng geen wijzigingen aan de scootmobiel aan.

3. Opstellen en monteren

3.1 Uitpakken en eerste installatie

The iScooter IK3 comes mostly pre-assembled. Follow these steps to prepare it for use:

1. Haal de step en alle onderdelen voorzichtig uit de verpakking.
2. Cut any zip ties securing the handlebar to the main frame.
3. Locate the folding mechanism lever near the base of the handlebar stem. Push down on this lever to unfold the main frame until it locks into place.
4. Extend the kickstand to support the scooter.

3.2 Stuurinstallatie

Attach the handlebar to the stem using the provided tools:

1. Lijn het stuur uit met de bovenkant van de stuurpen en zorg ervoor dat de kabels niet bekneld raken.
2. Insert the provided screws into the designated holes on the handlebar clamp.
3. Use the appropriate Allen wrench to securely tighten the screws. Do not overtighten.

3.3 Stuurhoogte aanpassen

The handlebar height can be adjusted to suit the rider's comfort:

1. Locate the quick-release lever on the handlebar stem. Open the lever to loosen the stem.
2. Press the small button on the side of the stem and slide the handlebar up or down to one of the three adjustable height settings.
3. Once the desired height is selected, ensure the button snaps into one of the adjustment holes.
4. Close the quick-release lever firmly to secure the handlebar in place.

3.4 Vouwen en uitvouwen

Om de scooter op te vouwen voor opslag of transport:

1. Ensure the kickstand is retracted.
2. Locate the folding mechanism lever at the base of the handlebar stem. Push down on the lever.
3. Gently fold the handlebar stem downwards until it clicks into place, securing it to the rear fender.

To unfold, reverse the steps: push down the lever, raise the handlebar stem until it locks, and then extend the kickstand.

4.1 In-/uitschakelen

To power on the scooter, press and hold the power button on the LED display for approximately 3 seconds until the display illuminates. To power off, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds.

4.2 snelheidsmodi

The iScooter IK3 features 3 adjustable speed settings:

• Gear E (Beginner): Tot 3 MPH
• Gear N (Normal): Tot 6 MPH
• Gear S (Sport): Tot 10 MPH

To switch between speed modes, short press the power button while the scooter is on. The LED display will indicate the current speed mode (E, N, or S). The display also shows battery life and current speed.

4.3 Lights Control

The scooter is equipped with colorful ambient lights for enhanced visibility and fun. To turn the lights on or off, press and hold the light button located near the power button on the handlebar.

4.4 Remsysteem

The iScooter IK3 features a dual braking system for reliable stopping power:

• E-Brake: Located on the handlebar, this electronic brake provides responsive stopping.
• Voetrem: A traditional footbrake located on the rear fender allows for additional control and stopping force. Press down on the rear fender with your foot to engage. When the footbrake is applied, the LED lights on the deck turn red as a warning.

5. Oplaadbewerking

The iScooter IK3 features an innovative magnetic charging design for easy and secure connection.

1. Locate the magnetic charging port on the side of the scooter deck.
2. Connect the magnetic charger to the port. The magnetic connection ensures proper alignment.
3. Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet. The charging indicator on the charger will show the charging status.
4. A full charge from 0% to 100% typically takes approximately 3 hours.
5. Ensure the scooter is fully charged before its first use for optimal performance.

6. Onderhoud

Regelmatig onderhoud zorgt ervoor dat uw scooter lang meegaat en veilig functioneert.

• Schoonmaak: Veeg de scooter schoon met adamp doek. Vermijd het gebruik van agressieve chemicaliën of overmatig water.
• Banden: The IK3 uses solid rubber wheels, eliminating the need for inflation. Regularly inspect for wear and tear.
• Remmen: Periodically check the functionality of both the e-brake and footbrake. Ensure they respond effectively.
• Bevestigingsmiddelen: Regularly check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Tighten as necessary.
• Opslag: Berg de scooter op een koele, droge plaats op, uit de buurt van direct zonlicht en extreme temperaturen.
