Please read and understand all instructions carefully before installation and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in property damage, personal injury, or voiding of the warranty.

• WAARSCHUWING! Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 28.6 lbs. Overweight may cause damage or drop of equipment.
• Ensure the mounting surface (desk) is stable and capable of supporting the combined weight of the mount and your monitor.
• Use appropriate tools and follow all steps as outlined in this manual.

4. Installatie-instructies

Follow these steps carefully to assemble and install your monitor arm mount. For a visual guide, please refer to the installation video below.

4.1. Base Installation (C-Clamp of doorvoerring)

Choose between C-clamp or grommet mounting based on your desk type. The C-clamp is suitable for desks 0.4” to 3.85” thick, while the grommet mount requires a hole of ≥1.65” diameter.

1. Remove the inner tube from the main mount.
2. Assemble the inner tube with the grommet/clamp steun.
3. Voor C-Clamp: Bevestig de C-clamp to the edge of your desk and tighten the plastic knob until secure.
4. For Grommet Mount: Insert the grommet base through the desk hole and secure it from underneath with the provided plate and screws.

4.2. Montage-installatie

1. Slide the main arm onto the installed base pole.
2. Secure the arm by tightening the set screw on the base pole using the provided wrench.
3. Carefully remove the cable ties holding the spring arm in its compressed state. Hold both halves of the arm firmly together while releasing the ties to prevent sudden extension.

4.3. VESA Plate Installation

1. Attach the VESA plate to the back of your monitor using the appropriate screws (75x75mm or 100x100mm pattern). Use plastic spacers if needed to ensure a flush fit.

4.4. Monitorinstallatie

1. Carefully lift your monitor and slide the VESA plate (attached to the monitor) onto the mounting head of the arm.
2. Secure the monitor to the arm by tightening the top screw on the mounting head.

4.5. Kabelbeheer

1. Loosen the screws on the cable case located on the underside of the arm.
2. Route your monitor cables through the cable case.
3. Tie the wires neatly and secure the cable case by tightening the screws.

5.1. Adjusting the Monitor Arm

The gas spring mechanism allows for smooth and effortless adjustments. Hold the monitor firmly and move it to your desired position.

• Hoogteverstelling: The arm can be adjusted vertically within a range of 8.26" to 19.9".
• Kantelen: Adjust the monitor tilt from +20° to -10° to reduce glare and optimize viewhoek.
• Draaibaar: The arm allows for 180° swivel, enabling you to share your screen or change viewrichting.
• Rotatie: Rotate your monitor 360° to switch between landscape and portrait orientations.

5.2. Afstelling van de gasveerspanning

If the monitor bounces or does not stay at the desired height, you may need to adjust the gas spring tension. This ensures the arm holds your monitor securely at any position.

1. If the monitor bounces itself after being hung on the mount, press down the monitor with one hand and make sure the arm is horizontal. Use the provided wrench to turn the screw in the "–" direction.
2. If the monitor falls after being hung on the mount, raise the monitor with one hand and make sure the arm is horizontal. Use the provided wrench to turn the screw in the "+" direction.
3. Adjust the torque force little by little until the monitor can stop at any height.

6. Onderhoud

• Controleer regelmatig alle schroeven en verbindingen om er zeker van te zijn dat ze goed vastzitten.

7. Probleemoplossing

• Monitor does not stay at desired height: Adjust the gas spring tension as described in Section 5.2. Ensure your monitor's weight is within the specified load capacity.
• De monitor trilt: Ensure all mounting screws are securely tightened, especially the C-clamp or grommet base. A less sturdy desk may contribute to wobbling.
