The JHS Portable Air Conditioner comes with the following main components:

Bedieningspaneel en display

The control panel features an LED display and touch buttons for various functions:
- TIJDKLOK: Sets the 24-hour auto turn on/off time.
- SNELHEID: Adjusts fan speed (2 speeds: Low, High).
- OP NEER: Adjusts temperature settings (61°F-88°F / 16°C-31°C).
- ROUTE: Selects operating mode (Cooling, Dehumidifying, Fan).
- SLAAP: Activeert de slaapstand voor een stille en energiezuinige werking.
- STROOM: Hiermee schakelt u het apparaat in of uit.
- W.F (Water Full): Indicator light for full water tank.
Instellen
Uitpakken en plaatsen
- Haal de airconditioner en alle accessoires voorzichtig uit de verpakking.
- Place the unit on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is at least 20 inches (50 cm) of space around the unit for proper airflow.
- The unit is equipped with caster wheels for easy movement.
Installatie van raamkit
The window venting kit is designed to fit most standard vertical and horizontal windows. Adjust the window slider kit to the length of your window opening and secure it.

- Attach the exhaust hose adapter to one end of the flexible exhaust hose.

- Insert the exhaust hose adapter into the exhaust outlet on the back of the air conditioner unit.
- Insert the window kit adapter into the opening of the assembled window slider kit.

Gebruiksaanwijzing
Aan/uit

Modusselectie

- Koele modus: For cooling the room. Adjust temperature using UP/DOWN buttons.

Temperatuur- en ventilatorsnelheidsregeling
- Gebruik in de Cool-modus de UP or OMLAAG buttons to set your desired temperature between 61°F (16°C) and 88°F (31°C).
- In de Koel- of Ventilatormodus drukt u op de SNELHEID button to select between Low and High fan speeds.
Timerfunctie
The 24-hour timer allows you to set the unit to turn on or off automatically.
- Om Auto-Uit in te stellen: Druk op de knop terwijl het apparaat draait. TIJDKLOK button. Use UP/DOWN to set the desired off-time.
- Om Auto-Aan in te stellen: Terwijl het apparaat uitgeschakeld is, drukt u op de TIJDKLOK button. Use UP/DOWN to set the desired on-time.
Slaapstand
Druk op de SLAAP button to activate sleep mode. In this mode, the unit operates quietly and gradually adjusts the temperature to maintain comfort overnight while conserving energy.
Onderhoud
Luchtfilter reinigen
The washable permanent mesh filter should be cleaned regularly (every two weeks or when the 'Check Filter' indicator illuminates) to ensure optimal performance.
- Haal de stekker van de airconditioner uit het stopcontact.
- Zoek het luchtfilter aan de achterkant van het apparaat.
- Verwijder het filter door het eruit te trekken.
- Was het filter onder stromend water (of warm zeepsop als het erg vuil is).
- Laat het filter volledig aan de lucht drogen voordat u het opnieuw installeert.
- Schuif het droge filter terug op zijn plaats.
Waterafvoer
The unit has a built-in dehumidifier function. When the internal water tank is full, the unit will stop operating and the 'W.F' indicator will light up. You will need to drain the water manually or set up continuous drainage.
- Handmatige afvoer: Place a shallow pan or tray under the drain port at the bottom rear of the unit. Remove the drain plug to allow water to flow out. Replace the plug once drained.
- Continue drainage: Connect the provided drain hose to the continuous drain port (usually located higher on the back of the unit) and route it to a floor drain or suitable container. Ensure the hose is sloped downwards for proper drainage.
Opslag
Voordat u het apparaat voor langere tijd opbergt:
- Laat al het gecondenseerde water uit het apparaat lopen.
- Maak het luchtfilter schoon.
