1. Inleiding

4. Instellen

Voordat u de generator start, dient u de volgende instelstappen uit te voeren:

4.1 Uitpakken en plaatsen

Carefully remove the generator from its packaging. Place the generator on a firm, level surface outdoors, ensuring adequate ventilation and clearance from combustible materials.

4.2 Motorolie bijvullen

The generator is shipped without engine oil. Add 1.6 liters of recommended engine oil (e.g., SAE 10W-30) to the oil fill port. Do not overfill. Check the oil level using the dipstick.

4.3 Brandstof bijvullen

Ensure the generator is off and cool. Fill the 25-liter fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline. Do not fill above the red indicator in the fuel tank. Securely close the fuel cap.

4.4 Connect Battery (for Self-Start Models)

If your model includes self-start, connect the battery terminals according to the markings (+ to + and - to -). Ensure connections are tight.

5.1 De generator starten

1. Zorg ervoor dat de generator op een vlakke ondergrond staat en dat alle elektrische verbruikers zijn losgekoppeld.
2. Draai de brandstofkraan naar de "AAN"-stand.
3. Zet de chokehendel in de stand "CHOKE" (als de motor koud is).
4. For Hand-Start: Trek stevig en soepel aan de hendel van de terugslagstarter totdat de motor start.
5. For Self-Start: Turn the engine switch to the "START" position and hold until the engine starts. Release the key once started.
