1. Inleiding

Thank you for choosing the Billboard Soul ANC Wireless Earbuds. These earbuds are designed to provide a superior audio experience with advanced features such as Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC). Enjoy crystal-clear sound, convenient touch controls, and a built-in microphone for calls, all powered by a long-lasting battery.

This manual provides detailed instructions to help you set up, operate, and maintain your earbuds for optimal performance.

3. Instellen

3.1 Eerste keer opladen

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator light on the case will show charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator light will change or turn off.

3.2 Bluetooth-koppeling

1. Zorg ervoor dat de oordopjes zijn opgeladen.
2. Open de oplaadcase. De oordopjes gaan automatisch naar de koppelingsmodus, wat wordt aangegeven door een knipperend ledlampje op de oordopjes.
3. Ga op je apparaat (smartphone, tablet, laptop) naar de Bluetooth-instellingen en schakel Bluetooth in.
4. Zoeken naar available devices and select "Billboard Soul ANC" from the list.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator on the earbuds will stop flashing or turn off, and your device will confirm the connection.

4. Gebruiksaanwijzing

4.1 In-/uitschakelen

• Inschakelen: Open het oplaadhoesje en de oordopjes schakelen automatisch in. U kunt ze ook inschakelen door het aanraakgevoelige gedeelte op beide oordopjes 3 seconden ingedrukt te houden.
• Uitschakelen: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off. Alternatively, press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

4.2 Aanraakbediening

The Billboard Soul ANC Earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. Refer to the diagram below for common functions:

• Afspelen/Pauzeren: Tik één keer op een van de oordopjes.
• Volgende nummer: Dubbeltik op het rechteroordopje.
• Vorig nummer: Dubbeltik op het linkeroordopje.
• Oproep beantwoorden/beëindigen: Tik één keer op een van de oordopjes.
• Oproep afwijzen: Houd op een van de oordopjes 2 seconden ingedrukt.
• Activeer Voice Assistant: Tik drie keer op een van de oordopjes.
• ANC/ENC Mode Switch: Press and hold on the left earbud for 2 seconds to cycle through ANC On, ENC On, and Normal modes.

4.3 Actieve ruisonderdrukking (ANC) en omgevingsruisonderdrukking (ENC)

The earbuds offer two advanced noise cancellation modes:

• Actieve ruisonderdrukking (ANC): Vermindert omgevingsgeluid, zodat u zich kunt concentreren op uw audio.
• Annulering van omgevingsgeluiden (ENC): Enhances call clarity by reducing background noise during phone conversations.

To switch between ANC On, ENC On, and Normal modes, press and hold the touch control area on the left earbud for 2 seconds. A voice prompt will confirm the mode change.

4.4 De oordopjes dragen

Insert the earbuds gently into your ear canal and rotate them slightly to find a comfortable and secure fit. A proper seal is essential for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation performance.

5. Onderhoud

5.1 Reinigen

• Maak de oordopjes en de oplaadcase regelmatig schoon met een zachte, droge, pluisvrije doek.
• Gebruik geen schuurmiddelen, alcohol of chemische oplosmiddelen.
• Verwijder voorzichtig oorsmeer of vuil uit de oordopjes en het speakergaas met een klein, zacht borsteltje of wattenstaafje.

5.2 Opslag

Wanneer u de oordopjes niet gebruikt, kunt u ze opbergen in de oplaadcase. Zo worden ze beschermd tegen stof en beschadigingen en blijven ze opgeladen.

5.3 Batterijonderhoud

• Vermijd blootstelling van de oordopjes en het oplaadhoesje aan extreme temperaturen (zowel heet als koud).
• Laad het apparaat regelmatig op, ook als u het niet vaak gebruikt, om de batterij in goede conditie te houden.
• Gebruik uitsluitend de meegeleverde oplaadkabel of een gecertificeerd equivalent.

6. Probleemoplossing

• Oordopjes koppelen niet: Ensure both earbuds are charged and in pairing mode. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. If issues persist, try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's specific reset instructions if available, or place them back in the case and try pairing again).
• Geen geluid uit één oordopje: Plaats beide oordopjes terug in het oplaadhoesje, sluit het deksel, wacht een paar seconden en haal ze er dan weer uit. Dit synchroniseert ze vaak opnieuw.
• Problemen met opladen: Controleer of de oplaadkabel goed is aangesloten op zowel het oplaadhoesje als de stroombron. Zorg ervoor dat de oplaadcontacten op de oordopjes en in het oplaadhoesje schoon en vrij van vuil zijn.
• ANC werkt niet effectief: Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears to create a good seal. Check that ANC mode is activated via the touch controls.
• Slechte gesprekskwaliteit: Ensure the microphone is not obstructed. Check that ENC mode is active for clearer calls.
