This manual provides instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Sena Parani M10 Bluetooth Motorcycle Headset. The Parani M10 allows for seamless communication and entertainment while riding, featuring Bluetooth intercom capabilities and smartphone connectivity for music, GPS, and calls. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper function and safety.

4. Installatie en installatie
The Parani M10 is designed for easy installation on most motorcycle helmets.
4.1 Attaching the Main Unit to the Helmet

- Slide the Parani M10 main unit onto the clamp tot het vastklikt.

4.2 Luidsprekers en microfoon installeren
- Attach the hook and loop fasteners to the inside of your helmet, aligning them with your ears.
- Press the speakers onto the fasteners. Ensure the speakers are positioned directly over your ears for optimal audio quality.
- Attach the wired boom microphone to the inside of the helmet, positioning it close to your mouth but not directly in front of it to avoid wind noise.
- Route the speaker and microphone wires neatly under the helmet padding to the main unit's port.
- Connect the speaker/microphone cable to the corresponding port on the Parani M10 main unit.
4.3 Het apparaat opladen
Before first use, fully charge the Parani M10. Connect the USB charging cable to the DC Power Charging Port on the main unit and to a USB power source. The LCD display will indicate charging status.
5. Gebruiksaanwijzing
5.1 In-/uitschakelen
- Inschakelen: Houd de multifunctionele knop 1 seconde ingedrukt.
- Uitschakelen: Houd de multifunctionele knop 5 seconden ingedrukt.
5.2 Volumeregeling
Rotate the Jog Dial clockwise to increase volume and counter-clockwise to decrease volume. The LCD display will show the current volume level.

5.3 Smartphone koppelen
- With the M10 powered off, press and hold the Multi-function Button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue, indicating pairing mode.
- Ga op je smartphone naar de Bluetooth-instellingen en zoek naar nieuwe apparaten.
- Select "Parani M10" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the LED will flash blue, and the LCD will confirm connection.
- You can now listen to music, GPS navigation, and make/receive phone calls through your headset.
5.4 Bluetooth-intercom
The Parani M10 supports intercom communication with up to four other Parani users on its dedicated Bluetooth intercom network.
- Pairing Intercom:
- Ensure both M10 units are powered on.
- On one M10 unit, press and hold the Jog Dial for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue.
- On the second M10 unit, press and hold the Jog Dial for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue.
- The units will automatically search and pair. Once paired, the LED will flash blue.
- Repeat this process for additional units (up to four total).
- Starting/Ending Intercom Conversation:
- To start an intercom conversation, tap the Jog Dial.
- To end an intercom conversation, tap the Jog Dial again.
5.5 Telefoongesprekken
- Beantwoord oproep: Tik op de multifunctionele knop.
- Einde gesprek: Tik op de multifunctionele knop.
- Oproep afwijzen: Houd de multifunctionele knop 2 seconden ingedrukt.
- VoiceDial: In standby mode, press and hold the Multi-function Button for 3 seconds. (Requires smartphone support for voice commands).
6. Onderhoud
6.1 Reinigen
Veeg het hoofdapparaat schoon met een zachte, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents. Ensure all ports are dry before charging or use.
6.2 Batterijonderhoud
- Laad het apparaat regelmatig op, ook als u het niet gebruikt, om de batterij in goede conditie te houden.
- Bewaar het apparaat niet bij extreme temperaturen.
- Do not attempt to replace the internal battery yourself. Contact Sena support for battery service.
6.3 firmware-updates
Controleer de Sena regelmatig. website for firmware updates. Updating the firmware can improve performance and add new features. Connect the device to your computer using the USB cable and follow the instructions provided by Sena's Device Manager software.
7. Probleemoplossing

7.1 Fabrieksinstellingen herstellen
If issues persist, a factory reset may resolve them. To perform a factory reset, press and hold the Multi-function Button and the Jog Dial simultaneously for 10 seconds. The device will reset to its default settings.
