The Creative T60 2.0 Compact Hi-Fi Desktop Speakers are designed to enhance your audio experience for computers and laptops. 2. Installatie en verbindingen
2.1 Pakketinhoud
Zorg ervoor dat alle componenten aanwezig zijn:
- Creative T60 Speakers (Left and Right)
- Stroomadapter
- USB-C naar USB-A-kabel
- 3.5mm AUX-in Cable
2.2 Fysieke plaatsing
Place the left and right speakers on either side of your monitor or laptop for optimal stereo separation. Ensure they are on a stable, flat surface.

2.3 Aansluiten op stroom
- Connect the power adapter to the DC IN port on the rear of the right speaker.

2.4 Audioverbindingen
The Creative T60 offers multiple ways to connect to your audio sources:

- USB-C-audio:
Connect the supplied USB-C to USB-A cable from the USB-C port on the right speaker to an available USB port on your computer or laptop. This provides high-quality digital audio.

- Bluetooth 5.0:
For wireless audio streaming from mobile devices or Bluetooth-enabled computers.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the front of the right speaker until the LED indicator blinks blue rapidly.
- On your device, search for "Creative T60" in the Bluetooth settings and select to pair.
- The LED will turn solid blue when successfully paired.

- 3.5mm AUX-in:
Connect the supplied 3.5mm audio cable from the AUX-in port on the right speaker to the headphone jack of any analog audio device.

3.2 Clear Dialog and Surround Technologies
These Sound Blaster powered technologies can be activated directly from the front panel buttons to optimize your listening experience.

- Clear Dialog: Focuses on intelligently enhancing and amplifying spoken dialogue, making conversations clearer without affecting background audio. Ideal for movies, podcasts, and video calls.
- Omringen: Versterkt de geluidentage, providing a more immersive audio experience for gaming and movies.
3.3 Using Headset and Microphone Ports
The dedicated headset and microphone ports allow for seamless switching between speaker audio and private listening/communication.

- Plug your 3.5mm headset into the headset port and your microphone into the microphone port on the front of the right speaker.
- Press the Headset/Speaker Switch button to toggle audio output to your headset. Press again to switch back to speakers.
3.4 SmartComms Kit (Software Feature)
For enhanced communication during online calls, the Creative T60 supports the SmartComms Kit software (available for download from Creative's website). This suite includes features like VoiceDetect and NoiseClean.

- Stemdetectie: Automatically mutes your microphone when you stop speaking and unmutes when you start, eliminating background noise during pauses.
- NoiseClean: Reduces static background noise from both your incoming and outgoing audio, ensuring clearer communication.
4. Onderhoud en verzorging
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Creative T60 speakers, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Schoonmaak: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the speaker surfaces. Do not use liquid cleaners, aerosols, or abrasive solvents.
- Omgeving: Houd de luidsprekers uit de buurt van direct zonlicht, warmtebronnen en overmatig vocht. Zorg voor voldoende ventilatie rondom de luidsprekers.
- Behandeling: Laat de luidsprekers niet vallen en stel ze niet bloot aan harde stoten. Probeer de luidsprekers niet te demonteren, want hierdoor vervalt de garantie.
- Opslag: Als u de luidsprekers voor langere tijd opbergt, koppel ze dan los van de stroom en bewaar ze op een koele, droge plaats.
