1. Inleiding

1.1 Veiligheidsinformatie

WARNING: This product contains chemicals that can be hazardous if inhaled, come into contact with skin or eyes, or are ingested. Keep out of reach of children and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use personal protective equipment, such as gloves and safety glasses, whenever possible. Do not point the sprayer at yourself or others. Ensure pressure is released before opening the tank and do not look directly into the tank while it is under pressure. Follow all usage and maintenance instructions carefully to prevent injury or damage.

Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves, eye protection, and a mask when handling chemicals and operating the sprayer. Ensure adequate ventilation when mixing and applying solutions.

3. Instellen

1. Componenten uitpakken: Haal alle onderdelen voorzichtig uit de verpakking. Controleer of alle in paragraaf 2 genoemde onderdelen aanwezig zijn.
2. Attach Hose and Lance: Connect the PVC hose to the sprayer's outlet and securely attach the brass lance to the other end of the hose. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
3. Mondstuk installeren: Select the desired nozzle (jet-cone or fan) and screw it onto the end of the lance.
4. Bandjes aanpassen: Place the sprayer on your back and adjust the shoulder straps for a comfortable and secure fit. The sprayer should sit evenly on your back.
5. Oplossing voorbereiden: Before filling, ensure the tank is clean. Mix your desired solution according to the manufacturer's instructions in a separate container.
6. Vul tank: Unscrew the tank lid and carefully pour the prepared solution into the wide mouth of the translucent tank. Do not overfill beyond the maximum capacity mark (15 liters).

4. Bediening

1. Druk opbouwen: With the tank filled and lid secured, operate the pumping handle on the side of the sprayer. Pump the handle repeatedly until you feel resistance, indicating sufficient pressure has built up inside the tank.
2. Testspray: Point the lance away from people, animals, and desired plants. Press the trigger on the lance handle to release the spray. Observe the spray pattern.
3. Mondstuk aanpassen: If using the adjustable jet-cone nozzle, rotate the nozzle tip to change the spray pattern from a fine mist to a direct stream. The fan nozzle provides a wider, even spray.
4. Oplossing toepassen: Walk at a steady pace, maintaining consistent pressure by periodically pumping the handle. Apply the solution evenly to the target area.
5. Druk aflaten: After use, or before opening the tank, always release any remaining pressure. This can typically be done by holding the trigger until no more solution is expelled, or by carefully loosening the tank lid (while pointing away from your face) until the hissing sound stops.

Opmerking: The mechanical agitator inside the tank will help keep your solution mixed as you pump, ensuring consistent application.

5. Onderhoud

5.1 Reiniging na gebruik

1. Lege tank: After each use, empty any remaining solution from the tank. Dispose of chemical residues according to local regulations.
2. Spoeltank: Fill the tank with clean water and pump it through the sprayer until the water runs clear. Repeat this process several times to ensure all chemical residues are removed from the tank, hose, and lance.
3. Schone sproeiers: Remove the nozzle(s) and rinse them thoroughly with clean water. If clogged, use a soft brush or a thin wire to clear any obstructions. Do not use metal objects that could damage the nozzle orifice.

5.2 Opslag
