Instellen en installeren
The Statico SD vessel should be installed in a vertical position, with the system connection pointing downwards. Ensure adequate space for maintenance.

- Systeemverbinding: Connect the vessel to the system's return line, preferably at the suction side of the circulation pump, using a suitable isolation valve.
- Pre-charge Pressure: Check and adjust the pre-charge pressure of the vessel to match the static height of the system plus a minimum of 0.2 bar. Use a pressure gauge and a suitable pump for adjustment via the valve on top of the vessel.
- Lekcontrole: After connection, slowly fill the system and check all connections for leaks.
Werkingsprincipes
The Statico SD vessel contains a flexible diaphragm that separates the system water from a nitrogen gas cushion. As system water temperature increases, its volume expands, pushing against the diaphragm and compressing the gas cushion. When the temperature decreases, the gas cushion expands, pushing water back into the system, thus maintaining stable pressure.

- Annual Pre-charge Check: At least once a year, check the pre-charge pressure of the vessel. Depressurize the system before checking. If the pressure is too low, re-inflate to the required level.
