• Can I charge LiFE or Li-ion 3.6V batteries with the HelloRadio built-in charger?

  No. The built-in charging circuit is designed strictly for 2x 3.7V Li-ion 18650 unprotected cells or 2x 3.7V Li-poly cells (2S 7.4V pack). Charging incorrect battery types like 6.6V LiFE or 3.6V nominal Li-ion cells may cause fire or damage to the radio.

• What separation distance is required for the antenna?

  When operating the transmitter, maintain a separation distance of at least 20 cm between your body (excluding hands and feet) and the antenna to meet RF exposure safety requirements.

• How do I update the firmware on my HelloRadio V14 or V16?

  The units ship with stable EdgeTX software. Firmware updates should only be performed by experienced users via the USB-C connection or SD card. Incorrect updates can render the radio inoperable. Official firmware can be found on the HelloRadio webplaats.

• What should I do if my HelloRadio transmitter gets wet?
