  Most EK fixtures have a 'Reset' function available in the onboard menu system. Navigate to the 'Settings' or 'System' menu and select 'Reset' to recalibrate the pan, tilt, and optical motors. Alternatively, you can trigger a reset via DMX if the fixture's DMX chart supports a control channel.

• Why is my EK fixture not responding to DMX control?

  Check that the DMX address on the fixture matches the patch on your controller. Ensure the DMX indicator light on the fixture is solid (not flashing), which indicates a valid signal. Verify your XLR cables are functioning and that the fixture is in the correct DMX mode (channel count).
