If the desk displays an error code like 'E-1' or 'rES', or if it is unresponsive, perform a manual reset. Press and hold the 'Down' button until the desk reaches its lowest height. Release, then press and hold the 'Down' button again for about 5 seconds until it moves down slightly and rebounds, or displays the height.
The E-2 error code indicates the anti-collision function has been activated. This usually happens if the desk hits an obstacle while moving. Remove any objects blocking the desk's path and the error should clear upon movement.
Adjust the desk to your desired height. Press the 'M' (Memory) button until the display flashes, then press one of the numbered buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4) to save the current height to that position.
The 'HOT' message indicates the motor has overheated from continuous use. Stop adjusting the desk and let it cool down for approximately 20 minutes before operating it again.
