1. Belangrijke veiligheidsinstructies

Please read all instructions carefully before using the Milex Zenzi Washing Machine. Retain this manual for future reference.

3. Wat zit er in de doos?

Controleer bij het uitpakken of alle onderdelen aanwezig zijn:

• 1 × Milex Zenzi Washing Machine (MWM100)
• 1 × Water Inlet Hose
• 1 × Afvoerslang
• 1 × Spin Basket (pre-installed or separate)
• 1 × Gebruiksaanwijzing (dit document)

4. Installatie en instellingen

4.1 Uitpakken

Carefully remove the washing machine from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Keep packaging materials for potential future transport or returns.

4.2 Plaatsing

• Place the machine on a firm, level surface to minimize vibration and ensure stable operation.
• Zorg voor voldoende ventilatie rondom het apparaat. Blokkeer de ventilatieopeningen niet.
• Vermijd direct zonlicht en plaatsing in de buurt van warmtebronnen.

4.3 Wateraansluiting

• Waterinlaat: Connect the water inlet hose to a suitable water tap. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent leaks. Place the other end into the washing machine's water inlet opening.
• Afvoerslang: Position the drain hose to direct wastewater into a sink, bucket, or floor drain. Ensure the hose is not kinked or blocked. The drain hose should be positioned lower than the machine's base for proper gravity drainage.

4.4 Stroomaansluiting

Plug the power cord into a grounded 220-240V, 50/60Hz electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is easily accessible.

5. Gebruiksaanwijzing

• Wastimerknop: Hiermee kunt u de gewenste wastijd instellen.
• Functiekeuzeknop: Used to select between wash, rinse, or spin functions.

5.2 Wasprocedure

1. Wasgoed inladen: Open the lid and place clothes into the washing tub. Do not exceed the 4.6kg wash capacity.
2. Voeg water toe: Fill the tub with water to the appropriate level for your load.
3. Wasmiddel toevoegen: Add the recommended amount of laundry detergent.
4. Set Wash Time: Turn the Wash Timer knob to your desired washing duration.
5. Selecteer Functie: Turn the Function Selector knob to 'Wash'.
6. Begin met wassen: De machine start de wascyclus.
7. Rioolwater: Once the wash cycle is complete, turn the Function Selector knob to 'Drain' to empty the water.
8. Spoelen (optioneel): Refill the tub with clean water and select 'Rinse' on the Function Selector knob for a rinse cycle. Drain water after rinsing.

5.3 Centrifuge-droogprocedure

1. Transport van wasgoed: After washing and rinsing, transfer the wet clothes into the stainless steel spin basket. Do not exceed the 2kg spin capacity. Distribute items evenly to prevent imbalance.
2. Veilig deksel: Close the inner and outer lids securely.
3. Set Spin Time: Turn the Wash Timer knob to the desired spin duration (usually a few minutes).
4. Selecteer Functie: Turn the Function Selector knob to 'Spin'.
5. Begin met draaien: De machine zal de centrifugecyclus starten.
6. Wasgoed verwijderen: Once the spin cycle is complete, wait for the basket to stop completely before opening the lid and removing the spun laundry.

5.4 Washing Shoes

The versatile stainless steel basket can also be used for washing shoes. Ensure shoes are free of large debris before placing them in the basket. Use a gentle wash cycle and appropriate detergent. Do not overload the basket.

6. Verzorging en onderhoud

6.1 Het exterieur reinigen

Veeg de buitenkant van de machine af met een zachte, damp doek. Gebruik geen schuurmiddelen of oplosmiddelen die het oppervlak kunnen beschadigen.

6.2 Het interieur reinigen

Periodically clean the inside of the washing tub and spin basket to prevent detergent residue buildup. You can run a short cycle with just water and a small amount of vinegar to help remove odors and residue.

6.3 Draining Residual Water

After each use, ensure all water is drained from the machine. If storing for an extended period, ensure the machine is completely dry to prevent mold or mildew.

6.4 Opslag

When not in use, store the machine in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
