This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your EcoVolt OSCAL PowerMax 2400 Solar Power Station and the accompanying 4x100W Solar Panels. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper functionality and to prevent damage or injury.
2. Belangrijke veiligheidsinstructies
- Demonteer, repareer of wijzig het apparaat niet. Onjuiste montage kan brand of een elektrische schok veroorzaken.
- Plaats het apparaat niet in de buurt van vuur of hitte. Bescherm het tegen direct zonlicht.
- Do not charge, use, or store the unit in a bathroom or an area exposed to water or high humidity.

4.1 Power Station Components

5. Instellen
5.1 Initial Charging of the Power Station
- Upon receiving your PowerMax 2400, it is recommended to fully charge the unit before first use.
- Connect the AC charging cable to the AC input port on the power station.
- Plug the other end of the AC charging cable into a standard wall outlet (110V).
- The digital display will indicate charging status and battery percentage. The unit is fully charged when the display shows 100%.
5.2 Zonnepanelen aansluiten
- Unfold the solar panels and position them in direct sunlight, ensuring no shadows fall on the panels. Adjust the angle for optimal sun exposure.
- Connect the MC4 connectors from the solar panels to the provided solar charging cable (MC4 to XT60).
- Connect the XT60 end of the solar charging cable to the Solar/DC input port on the PowerMax 2400.
- The digital display will show the solar input power and charging status.
- For optimal charging, ensure all four 100W panels are connected in parallel or series as per the solar cable's configuration and the power station's input specifications.
6. Gebruiksaanwijzing
6.1 In-/uitschakelen
- Om het apparaat in te schakelen, houdt u de aan/uit-knop 3 seconden ingedrukt. Het display zal oplichten.
- To power off the unit, press and hold the main power button for 3 seconds. The display will turn off.
6.2 Gebruik van wisselstroomuitgangen
- Press the "AC ON/OFF" button to activate the AC output ports. The AC indicator on the display will light up.
- Sluit uw apparaten die op wisselstroom werken aan op de wisselstroomstopcontacten.
- Ensure the total power consumption of your devices does not exceed the PowerMax 2400's rated output (2400W).
- When finished, press the "AC ON/OFF" button again to turn off the AC output and conserve battery.
6.3 Gebruik van DC- en USB-uitgangen
- DC Output: Press the "DC ON/OFF" button to activate the DC output ports (car port, DC5521). Plug in your 12V devices.
- USB-uitgang: The USB-A and USB-C ports are typically always active when the unit is powered on. Simply plug in your USB devices for charging.
- Turn off DC output when not in use to save power.
6.4 LED-lichtwerking
- Press the "LED" button once to turn on the LED light.

7. Onderhoud

- Opslag: If storing for an extended period, charge the unit to 50-80% every 3-6 months to prolong battery life. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
