Two people are recommended for assembly.

Opstelling en montage

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your upholstered platform bed. All necessary tools are provided in the hardware pack.

1. Uitpakken en onderdelen identificeren: Leg alle onderdelen op een schone, zachte ondergrond. Raadpleeg de onderdelenlijst om te controleren of alles aanwezig is.
2. Het hoofdbord in elkaar zetten: Attach the side shelves to the main headboard panel using the provided screws. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Bevestig de zijrails aan het hoofdeinde: Connect the upholstered side rails to the assembled headboard using the designated bolts. Do not fully tighten bolts until all major components are connected.
4. Attach Footboard with Drawers: Connect the footboard, which includes the two storage drawers, to the side rails. Ensure the drawer mechanisms align correctly.

5. Lattenbodem installeren: Place the wooden slats across the bed frame. Secure them to the side rails using the provided fasteners. Ensure even spacing for optimal mattress support.
6. Steunpoten installeren: Attach any central support legs to the slats or frame as indicated in the diagram. These provide additional stability.

7. Eindvastzetten: Zodra alle onderdelen op hun plaats zitten en goed zijn uitgelijnd, draai je alle bouten en schroeven volledig vast. Draai ze niet te vast aan.
8. Laden invoegen: Ensure the two storage drawers slide smoothly into their designated compartments beneath the footboard.

This platform bed is designed for ease of use and efficient storage.

Gebruik maken van de opberglades

The two large drawers located in the footboard are designed to slide smoothly on their tracks. To open, gently pull the handle on the front of each drawer. To close, push the drawer back until it is flush with the footboard. Avoid overloading the drawers to ensure smooth operation and prevent damage to the tracks.

Using the Headboard Storage Cabinet

The integrated storage cabinet in the headboard provides open shelving for books, decor, or personal items. Place items carefully to prevent them from falling. The shelves are not designed for heavy loads.

• Stoffering reinigen: For general cleaning, gently vacuum the velvet fabric using an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild fabric cleaner specifically designed for velvet, testing on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.
• Frameverzorging: Controleer regelmatig alle bouten en schroeven om er zeker van te zijn dat ze nog goed vastzitten. Draai ze indien nodig opnieuw aan, maar niet te vast.
• Ladeonderhoud: Keep the drawer tracks free of dust and debris to ensure smooth operation. If drawers become stiff, a small amount of silicone lubricant can be applied to the tracks.

• Bed frame feels wobbly:
  - Recheck all assembly bolts and screws. Tighten any loose connections.
  - Ensure the bed is placed on a flat, even surface.
• Piepende geluiden:
  - Identify the source of the squeak. It is often loose connections or friction between parts.
  - Tighten all bolts. If the squeak persists, apply a small amount of wax or silicone spray to contact points between slats and frame, or between frame components.

  - If you discover missing parts during assembly, do not proceed. Contact customer support immediately for assistance.
