4. Installatie-instructies

Follow these steps to set up your POFAN G91 Wireless HDMI Extender:

4.1. Basisverbinding (zender naar ontvanger)

1. De ontvanger van stroom voorzien (RX): Connect the receiver to a power source (e.g., a USB charger or TV's USB port) that provides at least 5V/1A.
2. Connect RX to Display: Plug the HDMI end of the receiver into the HDMI input of your television, monitor, or projector.

4.2. Connecting Multiple Receivers

To use multiple receivers with one transmitter (up to 4 receivers supported), additional receivers must be purchased separately and paired with the transmitter initially. Once paired, they will function as plug-and-play.

1. Pairing New Receivers: When adding new receivers, press and hold the function button on the new RX unit to enter pairing mode. Then, press the function button on the TX unit to complete the pairing process.
2. Connect Paired Receivers: After successful pairing, connect each receiver to its respective display device and insert the transmitter into the HDMI output device to establish the connection.
3. Synchronisatie: Wait for 5-8 seconds for all successfully matched receivers to synchronize with the screen.

5.1. Standaardwerking

Once the transmitter and receiver(s) are connected and powered, the system will automatically establish a connection and mirror the content from your source device to the connected displays. No further action is typically required for basic mirroring.

5.2. Using the RScreen App for Smartphone/Tablet Mirroring

The RScreen app allows you to mirror content from your smartphone or tablet to the display via the transmitter.

1. Connect TX to Power: Ensure the TX unit is connected to a power source.
2. Install RScreen App: Download and install the "RScreen" app on your iPhone or Android smartphone/tablet.
3. Connect to RScreen Wi-Fi: Go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and connect to the Wi-Fi network starting with "RScreen xxx". The default password is "12345678".
4. Open RScreen App: Launch the RScreen app on your device for syncing and mirroring.

5.3. Kanaalwisseling

If you experience frequent product restarts, buffering, or distorted images, you can switch channels to ensure a more stable signal. This feature is typically accessed via the RScreen app or a physical button on the device, if available.

• Geen signaal/zwart scherm:
  • Ensure both the transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) are properly powered with a 5V/1A adapter. Insufficient power can cause interruptions.
  • Verify that the HDMI cables and adapters are securely connected to both the source device and the display.

• Intermittent Connection/Buffering:
