1. Inleiding

Welcome to the official instruction manual for your new isinwheel U7 Electric Bike. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, assembly, and maintenance of your e-bike. Please read this manual thoroughly before your first ride and keep it for future reference.

3. Opstelling en montage

Your isinwheel U7 E Bike comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:

1. Uitpakken: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Keep all packing materials until assembly is complete.
2. Installatie voorwiel: Attach the front wheel to the fork using the provided quick-release skewer or bolts. Ensure the disc brake rotor is correctly aligned with the caliper.
3. Stuur installatie: Insert the handlebar stem into the fork tube and tighten the bolts securely. Adjust the handlebar to a comfortable riding position.
4. Pedaalbevestiging: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Screw the pedals into the crank arms by hand, then tighten them firmly with a wrench. Note that the left pedal tightens counter-clockwise.
5. Zadelpen en zadel: Insert the seat post with the saddle into the frame. Adjust the height for comfortable pedaling and secure it with the quick-release lever.
6. Fender and Light Installation: Attach the front and rear fenders. Install the front headlight and rear tail light to their designated positions, ensuring all connections are secure.
7. Cargo Rack Assembly: Securely attach the front and rear cargo racks using the provided hardware.
8. Bandenspanning: Inflate the tires to the recommended pressure, typically around 35 PSI, using the included pump. Check the tire sidewall for exact pressure recommendations.

4. Gebruiksaanwijzing

Aan/uit

• To power on the e-bike, long press the power button on the LCD display.
• To power off, long press the power button again until the display turns off.

Speed Modes and Pedal Assist

The isinwheel U7 offers 5 levels of pedal assist and a full-throttle mode:

• Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the display to cycle through assist levels 1 to 5.
• Level 1 provides minimal assistance, while Level 5 offers maximum motor power, allowing for speeds up to 20 mph with minimal pedaling.
• The throttle can be used independently or in conjunction with pedal assist for an effortless ride.

Schakelen

The e-bike is equipped with a 7-speed gear system:

• Use the Shimano 7-speed derailleur shifter on the right handlebar to change gears.

5. Batterij en opladen

The isinwheel U7 features a removable 48V 10.4Ah battery for convenient charging.

Batterij verwijderen en installeren

• To remove the battery, unlock it with the provided key and use the seat lever to tilt the seat forward. Gently slide the battery out of its compartment.
• To install, slide the battery back into the compartment, ensuring it clicks into place, then lock it with the key.

De batterij opladen

• Connect the charger to the battery's charging port (located under a safety cover).
• Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet. The indicator light on the charger will show charging status (red for charging, green for fully charged).

7. Probleemoplossing

If you encounter issues with your isinwheel U7 E Bike, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
