Installatie-instructies
Follow these steps to set up your Elo I-Series 3 touchscreen computer:
1. Uitpakken en plaatsen
- Haal de computer en alle accessoires voorzichtig uit de verpakking.
- Place the computer on a stable, flat surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the device.

2. Stroom aansluiten
- Connect the 180W power adapter to the power input port on the back of the computer.
- Plug the appropriate power cord (North America or European) into the power adapter, then into a wall outlet.
3. Randapparatuur aansluiten
- Netwerk: Connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ45 LAN port for wired network access.
- USB-apparaten: Use the USB 3.0 ports for keyboards, mice, or other standard USB devices. Micro USB 2.0 ports are available for Elo Edge Connect peripherals.
- Serial Devices: Connect compatible serial devices to the RJ50 Powered Serial Port using the provided RJ-50 to DB-9 cable if needed.
- USB-C: The full-function USB-C port supports data, video, and power delivery.
- Geluid: Connect external speakers or headphones to the audio port.
Gebruiksaanwijzing
Aan/uitzetten
- Inschakelen: Press the power button, typically located on the side or back of the unit. The system will boot up.
- Uitschakelen: To safely shut down the computer, use the operating system's shutdown procedure. Avoid simply unplugging the device to prevent data loss.
Touchscreen bediening
The Elo I-Series 3 features a PCAP (Projected Capacitive) touchscreen, supporting multi-touch gestures.
- Kraan: Vergelijkbaar met een muisklik.
- Dubbeltikken: Gelijkwaardig aan een dubbelklik.
- Slepen: Touch and hold an item, then move your finger across the screen.
- Knijpen om te zoomen: Plaats twee vingers op het scherm en beweeg ze uit elkaar om in te zoomen, of naar elkaar toe om uit te zoomen.
- Veeg: Quickly move your finger across the screen to scroll or navigate.
Onderhoud
Het apparaat schoonmaken
- Schakel het apparaat altijd uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u het schoonmaakt.
- Gebruik lichtjes een zachte, pluisvrije doek dampschoongemaakt met water of een niet-schurende schermreiniger.
- Do not spray cleaners directly onto the screen or into any openings.
