1. Inleiding

3. Instellen

3.1 De batterij opladen

1. Connect the 110V fast charger to a standard power outlet.
2. Schuif het 20V lithium-ion accupakket op de oplader totdat u een klik hoort.
3. Het indicatielampje van de oplader geeft de laadstatus weer. Raadpleeg de specifieke instructies van de oplader voor de juiste lichtpatronen.
4. Once fully charged, remove the battery from the charger. Do not overcharge the battery.

3.2 De batterij installeren en verwijderen

• Installeren: Align the battery pack with the base of the drill handle and slide it forward until it locks securely into place.
• Verwijderen: Press the battery release button (usually located on the front or sides of the battery pack) and slide the battery pack backward and off the tool.

3.3 Boorbits/accessoires installeren en verwijderen

1. Ensure the battery is removed from the drill for safety.
2. Grip the rear collar of the chuck with one hand and rotate the front collar counter-clockwise to open the chuck jaws.

4. Rotate the front collar clockwise to tighten the chuck jaws firmly around the bit. Hand-tighten only; do not use tools to tighten the chuck.
5. Verwijderen: Reverse the process by rotating the front collar counter-clockwise to loosen the jaws and pull out the bit.

4.1 In-/uitschakelen en snelheidsregeling

• The drill is activated by pressing the variable speed trigger switch.
• The speed of the drill is controlled by the amount of pressure applied to the trigger. Pressing lightly results in lower speed, while pressing fully results in maximum speed.
• Laat de trekker los om de boormachine uit te schakelen.

4.2 Vooruit/achteruit rotatie

• De vooruit/achteruit-keuzeschakelaar bevindt zich boven de trekker.
• Push the switch to the left for forward rotation (drilling/driving screws in).
• Schuif de schakelaar naar rechts om de draairichting om te keren (schroeven verwijderen).
• Wanneer de schakelaar in de middenpositie staat, is de trekker vergrendeld, waardoor onbedoeld starten wordt voorkomen.

4.3 Gearbox Speed Selection

• The 2-speed gearbox selector switch is located on top of the drill.
• Positie 1 (lage snelheid): Voor toepassingen met een hoog koppel, zoals het indraaien van grote schroeven of het boren van grote gaten.
• Positie 2 (Hoge snelheid): Voor sneller boren in zachtere materialen of kleinere gaten.
• Always ensure the drill is stopped before changing gear speeds.

4.4 Torque and Mode Selection

• Rotate the ring to select the desired torque setting (1-21) for driving screws. Lower numbers are for smaller screws and softer materials, higher numbers for larger screws and harder materials.
• For drilling into wood or metal, select the drill symbol (drill mode).
• For drilling into masonry or concrete, select the hammer drill symbol (hammer drill mode).

5. Onderhoud

5.1 Reinigen

• Regularly clean the ventilation openings on the drill to prevent overheating.
