This umbrella is designed to provide shade and ambient lighting for various outdoor settings, including patios, gardens, decks, backyards, pools, and balconies. It features a robust aluminum frame, a convenient crank lift system for effortless opening and closing, and a push-button tilt function for optimal shade adjustment throughout the day.

2. Veiligheidsinformatie

• Always close the umbrella during strong winds, heavy rain, or severe weather conditions to prevent damage to the umbrella or potential injury.
• Ensure the umbrella base is stable and adequately weighted. An appropriate umbrella base is crucial for stability and may be sold separately.
• Keep hands, fingers, and clothing clear of moving parts, such as the crank mechanism and ribs, during operation.
• Do not use the umbrella near open flames or heat sources.
• Periodically inspect all components for wear and tear. Replace damaged parts immediately.

4. Opstelling en montage

2. Monteer de paal: Connect the upper pole section to the lower pole section. Ensure the spring button on one section clicks securely into the corresponding hole on the other section.

5. Gebruiksaanwijzing

• Openen: Locate the hand crank mechanism on the lower pole. Turn the crank handle clockwise until the umbrella canopy is fully extended and taut.
• Sluiten: Turn the crank handle counter-clockwise until the umbrella canopy is fully retracted. Secure the canopy with the attached Velcro strap to keep it neatly folded.

• The umbrella features a push-button tilt function. Press the button located on the upper part of the lower pole.
• While holding the button, gently push the canopy in the desired direction to tilt it up to 45 degrees. Release the button to lock the tilt position.

5.3 Using the Solar LED Lights

• The umbrella is equipped with 26 LED lights powered by a solar panel located at the top of the canopy.
• Ensure the solar panel receives direct sunlight during the day for optimal charging.
• To activate the lights, locate the LED switch on the umbrella pole (refer to image below). Flip the switch to the 'ON' position. The lights will automatically turn on at dusk and off at dawn.
• A full charge typically provides 7-8 hours of illumination.

6. Onderhoud

7. Probleemoplossing

  • Ensure the canopy fabric is not caught in the ribs or mechanism.
• Umbrella is Unstable:
  • Confirm that the umbrella pole is fully inserted and secured in a heavy, stable umbrella base.
  • Ensure the base is adequately weighted with sand or water if it is a fillable type.
