This document provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new electric scooter. The Prophete Urbanicer, with its 10-inch pneumatic tires, offers a blend of stability, safety, and agility for your daily commute. It features a powerful 36V AEG DirectDrive rear motor, a long-lasting 13 Ah battery, and a robust dual disc braking system. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure proper handling and to maximize your riding experience.

2. Veiligheidsinstructies
Uw veiligheid staat voorop. Houd u altijd aan de volgende richtlijnen om letsel of schade te voorkomen.
- Verkeerswetgeving: This electric scooter is approved for road traffic (StVZO compliant) in Germany, provided it has an insurance license plate. Always check local regulations in your region.
- Beschermende uitrusting: While helmets may not be legally required for electric scooters in all regions, it is strongly recommended to wear an appropriate helmet and other protective gear (e.g., knee and elbow pads) for your safety.
- Gewichtslimiet: Overschrijd het maximale draagvermogen niet 120 kg (264 kilo).
- Aanbevolen leeftijd: Deze step is bedoeld voor gebruik door volwassenen.

4. Instellen
4.1 De scooter uitvouwen
Your scooter comes folded for transport. To unfold it:
- Zet de scootmobiel op een vlakke ondergrond.
- Zoek de vergrendeling van het inklapmechanisme bij de basis van de stuurpen.
- Maak de vergrendeling los en til de stuurpen voorzichtig omhoog totdat deze in de rechtopstaande positie vastklikt. Zorg ervoor dat het vergrendelingsmechanisme volledig is ingeschakeld.
- Stel de hoogte van het stuur naar wens in door de snelspanner los te draaien.amp, waarbij de steel wordt uitgeschoven of ingetrokken, en vervolgens de kl stevig wordt vastgedraaid.amp.
4.2 Eerste keer opladen
Before your first ride, fully charge the battery. The 13 Ah (468 Wh) battery is integrated into the footboard.
- Connect the 4A charger to the charging port on the scooter.

- The charging indicator on the charger will show the charging status. Charge until the indicator shows a full charge.
- The battery can be charged while remaining in the scooter or can be removed for charging indoors.

4.3 Setting the Security Code (Optional)
The AEG LED display allows for an optional PIN code to prevent unauthorized use. Refer to the separate AEG display manual for detailed instructions on setting and managing your PIN code.
5. Gebruiksaanwijzing
5.1 In-/uitschakelen
- To power on, press and hold the power button on the AEG LED display until the screen illuminates.
- If a PIN code is set, enter it using the display controls.
- Om het apparaat uit te schakelen, houdt u de aan/uit-knop ingedrukt totdat het scherm wordt uitgeschakeld.
5.2 AEG LED Display and Controls
The AEG LED display provides intuitive control and information:
- Snelheid: Geeft de huidige rijsnelheid weer.
- Batterijniveau: Geeft de resterende batterijlading aan.
- Lichtstatus: Shows if the headlight/taillight is on or off.
- Assistentieniveau: Indicates the selected power assistance mode.
- Use the buttons on the display to switch between assistance levels (6 km/h, 10 km/h, 15 km/h, 20 km/h) and to activate the push assist function.
5.3 Rijden op de scooter
- Zet één voet op de grond en zet je af met de andere voet om momentum op te bouwen.
- Zodra je in beweging bent, zet je je tweede voet op het dek.
- Gently press the accelerator to engage the motor. The scooter will accelerate up to the selected assistance level (maximum 20 km/h).
- To brake, use the brake levers on the handlebars. The mechanical disc brakes with Dualbrake technology provide strong stopping power.
- To turn, lean gently in the desired direction and steer the handlebars.
5.4 Opvouwen voor transport en opslag
Om de scooter op te vouwen voor compacte opslag of transport:
- Zorg ervoor dat de scooter is uitgeschakeld.
- Lower the handlebar stem to its lowest position if it was extended.
- Release the folding mechanism latch.
- Vouw de stuurpen voorzichtig naar beneden totdat deze vastklikt in de ingeklapte positie.

6. Onderhoud
Regelmatig onderhoud zorgt ervoor dat uw scooter lang meegaat en veilig functioneert.
- batterij zorg:
- Always use the original 4A charger provided.
- Overlaad de batterij niet en laat hem niet volledig leeglopen.
- Als u de scooter voor langere tijd opbergt, laad de accu dan op tot ongeveer 50-70% en laad hem elke 1-2 maanden opnieuw op om diepe ontlading te voorkomen.
- Bewaar de batterij op een koele, droge plaats.
- Bandenspanning: Regularly check and maintain the correct air pressure in the 10-inch pneumatic tires. Refer to the tire sidewall for recommended pressure. Proper inflation improves ride quality and range.
- Remmeninspectie: Periodically check the mechanical disc brakes for wear on the pads and proper cable tension. Adjust or replace components as necessary. Ensure both brake levers provide firm and responsive braking.
- Algemene schoonmaak: Maak de scooter schoon met adamp cloth. Avoid using high-pressure water jets or harsh chemicals, which can damage electrical components.
- Bevestigingsmiddelen: Controleer regelmatig alle schroeven, bouten en snelsluitingen om er zeker van te zijn dat ze goed vastzitten.
7. Probleemoplossing
