1. Belangrijke veiligheidsinstructies

Lees en begrijp altijd alle veiligheidswaarschuwingen, instructies, illustraties en specificaties die bij dit elektrische gereedschap worden geleverd. Het niet opvolgen van alle onderstaande instructies kan leiden tot een elektrische schok, brand en/of ernstig letsel.

Algemene veiligheid elektrisch gereedschap

• Veiligheid werkgebied: Houd de werkplek schoon en goed verlicht. Rommelige of donkere ruimtes zijn een risico op ongelukken. Gebruik geen elektrisch gereedschap in explosieve atmosferen, zoals in de aanwezigheid van ontvlambare vloeistoffen, gassen of stof.
• Elektrische veiligheid: Stekkers van elektrisch gereedschap moeten in het stopcontact passen. Wijzig de stekker nooit op enigerlei wijze. Stel elektrisch gereedschap niet bloot aan regen of vocht.
• Persoonlijke veiligheid: Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool. Always wear eye protection. Use personal protective equipment such as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection for appropriate conditions.
• Gebruik en onderhoud van gereedschap: Forceer het elektrische gereedschap niet. Gebruik het juiste elektrische gereedschap voor uw toepassing. Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en/of verwijder de accu voordat u aanpassingen uitvoert, accessoires verwisselt of elektrisch gereedschap opbergt.

Gebruik en onderhoud van accugereedschap

• Laad alleen op met de door de fabrikant gespecificeerde lader. Een lader die geschikt is voor één type batterijpakket kan brandgevaar opleveren bij gebruik met een ander batterijpakket.
• Gebruik elektrisch gereedschap alleen met specifiek aangewezen accu's. Het gebruik van andere accu's kan een risico op letsel en brand opleveren.
• Wanneer de batterij niet in gebruik is, houd deze dan uit de buurt van andere metalen voorwerpen, zoals paperclips, munten, sleutels, spijkers, schroeven of andere kleine metalen voorwerpen, die een verbinding kunnen maken van de ene naar de andere pool. Kortsluiting van de batterijpolen kan brandwonden of brand veroorzaken.
• Onder misbruikomstandigheden kan er vloeistof uit de batterij worden gespoten; vermijd contact. Als er per ongeluk contact plaatsvindt, spoel dan met water. Als vloeistof in contact komt met de ogen, zoek dan ook medische hulp. Vloeistof die uit de batterij wordt gespoten, kan irritatie of brandwonden veroorzaken.

3. Instellen

3.1 Batterij opladen

Before first use, fully charge the 2.0 Ah Power X-Change battery. Ensure the charger is connected to a suitable power outlet.

1. Insert the battery pack into the charger. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
2. The charging indicator lights on the charger will illuminate to show the charging status.
3. Zodra deze volledig is opgeladen, verwijdert u de batterij uit de oplader.

3.2 Installatie van accessoires

The Einhell Varrito features a quick-release mechanism and magnetic tool fixation for easy and secure accessory changes.

1. Zorg ervoor dat het gereedschap is uitgeschakeld en de accu is verwijderd voordat u accessoires verwisselt.
2. Press the quick-release lever on the tool head.
3. Align the accessory with the magnetic tool fixation, ensuring the accessory fits correctly onto the 12-point chuck.
4. Release the quick-release lever to secure the accessory. Gently pull on the accessory to ensure it is firmly attached.

4. Gebruiksaanwijzing

4.1 In-/uitschakelen

1. Insert the charged Power X-Change battery into the tool handle until it clicks into place.
2. To turn the tool on, slide the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position.
3. To turn the tool off, slide the ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position.

4.2 snelheidsaanpassing

The Varrito multi-tool features variable speed electronics, allowing you to adjust the oscillation rate (22,000 to 40,000 vibrations per minute) to suit the material and application.

• Use the speed adjustment dial or switch (refer to tool diagram in physical manual) to select the desired oscillation speed.
• Lower speeds are suitable for delicate work or softer materials, while higher speeds are for aggressive material removal or harder materials.

4.3 Toepassingen

The Einhell Varrito is a versatile tool capable of various tasks with the appropriate accessories.

Zagen

Use the plunge-cut saw blades (HCS for wood/plastic, BIM for metal) or the segment saw blade (wood, plastic, soft metal) for cutting applications.

Schuren/slijpen

Attach the triangular grinding/sanding plate with the appropriate grit abrasive paper for sanding surfaces. The delta shape allows access to corners and tight spaces.

Schrapen

Use the scraper accessory for removing old paint, adhesive, or other stubborn materials from surfaces.

5. Onderhoud

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Einhell Varrito multi-tool.

5.1 Reinigen

• Verwijder altijd de accu voordat u gaat schoonmaken.
• Keep the ventilation slots clean to prevent overheating. Use a soft brush or compressed air to clear dust and debris.

5.2 Opslag

• Store the tool, battery, and charger in a dry, frost-free place.
• Buiten bereik van kinderen houden.
• Voor langdurige opslag dient u ervoor te zorgen dat de batterij gedeeltelijk is opgeladen (ongeveer 50%) en deze om de paar maanden opnieuw op te laden om diepe ontlading te voorkomen.
