1. Inleiding

4. Opstelling en montage

4.1. Handgreepmontage

1. Attach the lower handle bars to the mower deck using the provided screws and knobs. Ensure they are securely fastened.
2. Connect the upper handle bar to the lower handle bars. The folding guide rail mechanism allows for easy adjustment and storage. Secure with the quick-release levers or knobs.
3. Route the power cable along the handle and secure it with the cable clips provided. Ensure the cable is not pinched.

4.2. Grass Collector Assembly

Assemble the two halves of the grass collector if they are separate. Ensure the clips or locking mechanisms are fully engaged. Attach the assembled grass collector to the rear of the mower by hooking it onto the designated points. Ensure it is firmly seated to prevent grass clippings from escaping.

4.3. Cable Strain Relief

Locate the cable strain relief on the handle. Loop the extension cord through this device before plugging it into the mower's power inlet. This prevents accidental disconnection and protects the cable from damage during operation.

5. Gebruiksaanwijzing

The GC-EM 1030 features a 3-step axial cutting height adjustment. To adjust the cutting height:

1. Ensure the mower is disconnected from the power supply.
2. Locate the axial height adjustment lever on the mower deck.
3. Move the lever to select one of the three available cutting height positions. Refer to the markings for desired grass length.

5.2. De maaier starten en stoppen

4. Release the safety switch button, but continue to hold the switch lever to keep the mower running.
5. To stop the mower, release the switch lever. The motor will stop automatically.

• After each use, clean the mower deck, grass collector, and wheels.
• Use a brush or cloth to remove grass clippings and dirt. Do not use high-pressure water or immerse the mower in water.
• Ensure all ventilation openings are clear of debris to prevent overheating.

• Regularly inspect the cutting blade for wear, damage, or imbalance. A dull or damaged blade can lead to poor cutting performance and increased motor strain.
